WARRANTY CLAIM PROCEDURE
To return a warranty product please follow the steps below
  1. Complete our online form by clicking on the claim form button below and print one copy to include in the box with your Tigerlily product.
  2. Pack product in suitable packaging to ensure it is not damage in shipping. Ship the package using a traceable source (i.e. UPS, Federal Express, Purolator). Tigerlily is not responsible for products lost or damaged in shipping.
  3. We will contact you when we have received your goods to let you know the status of the warranty claim.
