RETURN CLAIM POLICY
If you are not satisfied with your Tigerlily on-line purchase you may return the goods free of charge within 30 days of the original purchase date, excluding swimwear. All swimwear must be returned within 15 days. Product must be returned un used, with tags, and in its original packaging. Any swim that does not have its hygienic liner in place will not be accepted. You will be credited for the purchase less outbound freight. Customers returning product not in the original condition may be subject to a re-stocking fee of up to 25% of the total amount of the original purchase price.

RETURN CLAIM PROCEDURE
To return a purchase please follow the steps below
  1. Sign in to your account, click on the "view my orders" button and select the order you would like to return.
  2. Complete the online form and print one copy to include in the box with your Tigerlily product in it's original packaging.
  3. Pack product in suitable packaging to ensure it is not damage in shipping. Ship the package using a traceable source (i.e. UPS, Federal Express, Purolator). Tigerlily is not responsible for products lost or damaged in shipping.
  4. We will contact you when we have received your goods to let you know the status of the return claim.
